David Cote;

David graduated from the University of Toronto in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.  David obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law at Queens University in 1980.  David attended the Executive Management Program (focussing on conflict resolution) at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.  David also completed the Harvard Negotiation Program through the Harvard Law School.

Since David’s call to the Ontario bar in 1983, he has fearlessly and successfully represented his clients for over 35 years; providing clear and cost effective legal advice and guidance.

David has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as at a number of administrative tribunals, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.  David has lectured at Queens, McGill and Ryerson Universities; and at Sheridan College.  David has taught negotiation skills at the Law Society of Ontario.
