Nicholas Whelan;

Nicholas started working with Lubman and Associates in 2023 as a Paralegal. Nicholas obtained his Paralegal License in 2021 and has worked exclusively in the area of Personal Injury and Accident Benefits Claims. 

Nicholas has been before the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT) representing clients in regards to their Accident Benefits Claim. Nicholas always had an interest in Personal Injury from his past work. This interest led him to find his footing in the field of Personal Injury and become passionate in striving to achieve the best for his clients. 

 Outside of work Nicholas enjoys following Toronto sports teams and exploring the city.
